The Statement

Trustdesk, LLC ("Trustdesk") is committed to a policy of corporate social responsibility and to ethical standards in its business practices. This includes a commitment to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our supply chains or any part of our business.

Legal Mandate

Verification

Trustdesk conducts periodic evaluations of its supply chain to identify, assess, and manage risks of human trafficking and slavery. These verifications are performed by internal personnel and third-party auditors.

Audits

We reserve the right to conduct audits of suppliers to evaluate compliance with standards for trafficking and slavery. These audits may be announced or unannounced, conducted by Trustdesk or independent third parties.

Certification

Direct suppliers are required to certify that materials incorporated into products comply with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking of the country in which they are doing business.

Internal Accountability

Trustdesk maintains internal accountability standards and procedures for employees or contractors who fail to meet company standards regarding slavery and trafficking.

Training

We provide training to employees and management with direct responsibility for supply chain management, particularly regarding risk mitigation within the supply chain.

Supply Chain Integrity

Trustdesk aims to implement specific training for supply chain management employees to further minimize risks and ensure absolute transparency.
