Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using the TrustDesk platform and your account. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Overview

This policy applies to everyone who accesses the TrustDesk platform, website, or APIs. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly, and not to do anything that harms TrustDesk, its customers, or others.

2. Prohibited activities

You must not use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or engage in fraud, phishing, spam, or deceptive practices.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data; upload or distribute malware; or interfere with or disrupt the service, including through denial-of-service attacks.

You must not scrape, harvest, resell, or sublicense the service or its data except as expressly permitted, and you must not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

3. Security testing

Security testing, scanning, or penetration testing of the platform is permitted only under a signed engagement with TrustDesk. Good-faith vulnerability research should follow our Responsible Disclosure Policy.

4. Your account and credentials

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Do not share accounts or allow unauthorized use, and notify us promptly of any suspected compromise.

5. Content standards

Content you upload must comply with applicable law and must not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. You are responsible for the content in your workspace and for having the right to process it.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including limiting, suspending, or terminating access, removing content, and reporting unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
